Lotus Teams up With Batman at British Grand Prix

The Batman franchise is getting together with Lotus at the this weekends British Grand Prix to promote the latest caped crusader movie- The Dark Knight Rises.

The entire Lotus team will be decked out in Batman logo’s, including their cars, helmets, and even the team’s garage. A driving display will be put on by the Tumbler, Batman’s wheels in the film, and the Lotus F1 cars team cars along with drivers drivers Kimi Räikkönen and Romain Grosjean. Batman’s motorcycle, the Batpod, will also be on display at the race.

“This season we have been the dark horses in the championship fight, so this partnership with The Dark Knight Rises is a fantastic match,” said team boss Eric Boullier. “Our car, the E20, looks superb with the Batman branding and we are looking forward to seeing the reaction of our numerous fans when it takes to the Silverstone circuit this weekend.”
