2016 Infiniti QX50 Wheelbase Grows, Base Price Shrinks
The 2016 Infiniti QX50 luxury crossover will start at $35,445 including destination.
New for the 2016 model year with a longer wheelbase, the QX50 will go on sale this month at dealers nationwide. According to the Japanese automaker, the 2016 Infiniti QX50 includes over $1,700 worth of added standard features at a more accessible price compared to the 2015 QX50. Opting for an all-wheel drive model will run $36,845, with both models powered by a 3.7-liter V6 engine sporting 325 horsepower and mated to a seven-speed automatic transmission.
The new QX50 has had its wheelbase extended by 3.2 inches, increasing the overall length by 4.5 inches. As a result, the crossover has 8.3 cubic feet of additional interior volume, with most of the increase felt in the second row.

Available options include a Premium Package for $500 that includes a Bose 11-speaker Premium Audio system, advanced Climate Control System, Maple interior accents, aluminum roof rails and more.
Other available equipment includes an Adaptive Front Lighting System with auto-leveling headlights, driver’s seat headrest coat hanger, power up-folding second-row seat and 19-inch wheels and tires. Advanced technology options include Infiniti Navigation System, Blind Spot Warning system, Around View Monitor with Front and Rear Sonar System, Lane Departure Prevention System, Intelligent Cruise Control, Distance Control Assist and Intelligent Brake Assist with Forward Collision Warning.
