Nissan has announced a special 2017 Nissan Rogue: Rogue One Star Wars Edition.

As one of five global brands that have joined forces with Lucasfilm Ltd. to launch an extensive global promotional campaign for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Nissan will produce a limited-edition model of its newly-updated Rogue compact SUV. Called the 2017 Nissan Rogue: Rogue One Star Wars Edition, it will be exclusive to the U.S. and Canadian markets and will bow later this year at the 2016 L.A. Auto Show in November.

Unfortunately Nissan didn’t release any details on what will make the Rogue so special, but it did reveal a unique badge (seen above) that was designed by Lucasfilm and will be featured prominently on the vehicle.

“The Star Wars film franchise has pushed the boundaries of technology since the debut of the original episode nearly 40 years ago. Nissan is doing the same with our industry-leading cars, trucks and SUVs – so it’s natural that we join forces,” said Jeremy Tucker, vice president, marketing communications and media, Nissan North America, Inc.
