The Ford Mustang is an American icon. No matter which flavor or body-style you get, this car is instantly recognizable anywhere it goes.

Each year, automakers treat the world to plenty of all-new models and 2015 was no exception.

Starting at a price of $33,125 after destination charges, it’s out of the reach of some would-be sports car owners. Plus, it uses a lot of gas and comes with high insurance premiums, running the cost of ownership even higher.

Arguably Ford’s totally redesigned 2015 Mustang is one of the most exciting cars to come out in the last few years. Further hyping this important launch the company will have a whole heard of them at next month’s SEMA show.

Ford has finally released power ratings on the 2015 Mustang engines.

Despite some hopes that Ford would revive the ‘SVO’ nameplate for the 2015 Mustang because of its turbocharged engine, that isn’t going to happen. 

Earlier reports that the 2015 Ford Mustang will get a turbocharged 4-cylinder EcoBoost exclusively for the European market have turned out to be false. That turbo 4-banger is headed to America too.

Remember the Ford Mustang SVO with it’s turbocharged engine? The Blue Oval might just dust off that old badge for a new forced induction ‘Stang, but it won’t be a turbo 4-cylinder. In fact, with earlier confirmation that the Mustang will get an Ecoboost engine, it might not be a version of the SHO’s twin-turbo 3.5L V6 either.
