Aston Martin CEO Ulrich Bez just confirmed that the British luxury automaker is not for sale, at least for the time being.

Recent rumors fueled speculation that Aston Martin was considering offers for the brand, but Bez put that all to rest. He also said that in the future things could change. The British automaker has been independent for the last six years and recently launched its new Vanquish model.

“Every day I am approached by someone making contact for someone else who they say is interested in the brand, but we are not working towards it,” Ulrich Bez said.
