Transformers 4: Lamborghini Aventador to Join the Decepticons?

Michael Bay has revealed yet another addition to the Transformers 4 vehicle lineup, this time it’s an exotic Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4.

As with several of the other releases Bay has shown off, there’s no hint as to who this Aventador will be reprising the role for. But if we had to take a guess, its matte black finish and black wheels hints of it being a villain in the movie.

Aventadors not from the planet Cybertron make 700 hp from a 6.5-liter V12 engine, are capable of hitting over 200 mph and are priced just shy of $400,000. Surprisingly, however, this isn’t the most outrageous supercar scheduled to appear in the film. Instead, Bay has already announced a Bugatti Veyron will play a staring role.

Knowing the history of the Transformers movies and the vehicles in them, the Aventador will likely be a Decepticon when it hits the big screen on June 29, 2014. Check out a gallery of all the vehicles Michael Bay has released photos of so far.
