The wildest looking and fastest Jaguar F-Type yet will be available in the United States, though it won’t come cheap.

When the limited production F-Type Project 7 becomes available in Spring of 2015, the car will carry a $165,925 price tag. Designed by Jaguar’s Special Vehicle Operations (SVO) team, the Project 7 is inspired by the classic Jaguar D-Type, and named in honor of Jaguar’s seven victories at the 24 hours of Le Mans.

Power for the car comes from a supercharged 5.0-liter V8 that puts out 575 hp, making it capable of a 0-60 mph sprint in 3.8 seconds. Top speed is limited at 186 mph, while unique aerodynamics help this car stay stable at high speeds. The SVO team also reworked the suspension and dynamics of this car to make it more capable at the race track.
