Subaru Viziv GT Teased as Vision Gran Turismo Project
Subaru is joining in on the Vision Gran Turismo fun, teasing its creation in a new video.
The Japanese automaker has teased its Viziv GT Vision Gran Turismo which will likely be heading to the PlayStation 3’s Gran Turismo 6 in the near future. Based on the Viziv concept, the extreme Viziv GT Gran Turismo gets a similar treatment we’ve seen with other Vision Gran Turismo cars, meaning extreme body work for a race-inspired design. A massive, vented hood and a giant rear spoiler goes with a grille-filled front end that will appeal to hardcore Subaru fans worldwide.

Subaru hasn’t noted what changes it made under the hood for its Vision Gran Turismo concept but the Viziv concept features a 2.0-liter Boxer diesel engine mated to an electric motor for a hybrid powertrain geared to maximize fuel efficiency. We’re confident more details on the Viziv GT Vision Gran Turismo will be revealed as we get closer to the vehicle’s addition to the game.
