Aston Martin chose the 2015 Geneva Motor Show to debut its crazy track-only supercar.

The star of the Vulcan is a 7.0-liter V12 naturally-aspirated engine making at least 800 hp, mated to a six-speed sequential gearbox that sends the power to the rear wheels. The British automaker plans on limiting production of the Vulcan to just 24 units worldwide and will be priced at roughly $2.3 million.

2015 Geneva Motor Show Coverage

According to Aston Martin, the Vulcan has a better power-to-weight ratio than GTE cars competing in the FIA World Endurance Championship thanks to its carbon fiber body. Enhancing the supercar’s stopping power are Brembo racing calipers and carbon-ceramic disc brakes while the push-rod suspension works with Multimatic’s Dynamic Suspension Spool Valve (DSSV) adjustable dampers to make it one tight handling machine.
