We all love our cars, but Chef Gordon Ramsay is really passionate about his favorite car.

In a recent Reddit Ask Me Anything (AMA), Ramsay answered a question on what his favorite car was. If you follow the famous chef on social media, you know he owns not one, but two LaFerraris — one coupe and one convertible. But just how much does he love it?

“When I went down to the track at Marinella [sic – he means Maranello] in Italy to pick up LaFerrari, honestly, you know what, I wouldn’t leave the garage. I literally slept by this car for 2 or 3 hours. It was beautiful,” he said.

When Ramsay received the phone call from Ferrari saying that he could buy one of the 499 units, he compared the happiness to receiving his third Michelin Star or when his eldest daughter was born.

He’s also an avid track enthusiast, saying that he gets to put his cars to the test two or three times a year. And it sounds like his Ferrari collection will just grow in the coming years, as he said every time he wins a Michelin Star, he will add another Ferrari to his collection.
