The service will initially only be available in Nashville, TN and Philadelphia, PA and like other luxury subscription services, Mercedes-Benz Collection will allow subscribers to choose from a broad array of vehicles. Each monthly subscription fee will include insurance, 24/7 roadside assistance, and vehicle maintenance. Once a customer is subscribed, they will initiate vehicle exchanges, concierge communication, and other actions through an app. The concierge staff will be in charge of ensuring the delivery is consistent with the details and preferences in the customer’s profile. Customers will be able to switch in and out of vehicles depending on their needs and lifestyles, and will enjoy unlimited access within their tier and no mileage limitations.
