Limited edition models for the Chinese market seems to be on the top of every luxury automaker’s list right now. Next to join the list is Aston Martin, who will be officially unveiling its Dragon 88 Limited Edition package at the upcoming 2012 Beijing Auto Show.

The Dragon 88 Limited Edition package first hit the news back in February, and as expected the package will be available for the DBS Volante, Virage Coupe, and V8 Vantage S Coupe models. It will be limited to just 88 examples and will be available in Volcano Red, Amethyst Red, and Champagne Gold.

The Volcano Red shade represents the fire of the dragon, while the Amethyst Red is a classier shade that symbolizes wealth, peace, protection, and intuition. Lastly, the Champagne Gold portrays the dragon’s status and prestige, wealth and fortune.

In addition to the unique paint shades, the Aston Martin models have 24-karat gold badging. Much of the package’s accessories are in the interior with dragon-embroidered headrests, gold inlays, and Piano Black trim. Buyers out China can choose between Spicy Red, Chancellor Red, or Deep Purple for interior colors.

No pricing was announced yet, but we expect the British automaker to announce it at the 2012 Beijing Motor Show.
