About 36 Range Rover SUVs are being recalled by the company for having an improperly attached windshield that may come loose in the event of a crash.

Incorrect installation of the windshield on these model year 2012 Range Rovers is to blame for the fault. The recall specifically mentions that only in the result of a crash can the windshield become separated from the vehicle, and not during normal use.

Land Rover will contact affected customers starting on November 5, 2012. For more info, contact Land Rover at 1-800-637-6837.
