The Lexus IS-F CCS-R is heading back to the 2013 Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, and this year it’ll be sporting a fan-based decal thanks to Lexus and the Tony Hawk Foundation.

The two have teamed up to ask their fans and supporters to enter their names through a Lexus Facebook post, a comment to its YouTube video, Twitter, and Instagram (using #Lexus14K), to create the community-based decal. The decal will integrate up to 14,000 fan names and will be featured on the CCS-R race car.

The vehicle will also be on display at Fan Fest, an annual pre-race celebration in downtown Colorado Springs on June 28, 2013. Ken Gushi will once again strap down behind the wheel of the CCS-R and will compete in the Exhibition Class for this year’s Pikes Peak International Hill Climb.

“Not everyone gets a chance to drive to the top of Pikes Peak, so 14,000 fans can now say they took part in the ride up the hill,” said Brian Smith, Lexus vice president of marketing. “We are very excited to be partnering with the Tony Hawk Foundation to provide this great opportunity to our fans.”
