It’s official: the 2015 Dodge Challenger and Charger will both bow next week in New York.

The company hasn’t said very much about the updated muscle cars aside from strong hints that the company’s long-awaited Hellcat engine will be under the hood. The comapny promises to show “a new powertrain combination that is sure to get enthusaists abuzz.”

Expect the charger to appear on stage beside the Challenger with a revised exterior that, according to Dodge, doens’t share any body panels with the current car.

Rumors about the engine suggest that it will be a 6.2-liter version of the Hemi V8 helped by a supercharger to put out as much as 640 hp and 600 lb-ft of torque. SRT CEO Ralph Gilles hinted late last month that the company’s new engine might eclipse the V10 found in the SRT Viper, spurring an internal horsepower race at Chrysler.

The comapny will officially debut the cars next week on Wednesday at 11:30 at the Jacob Javits Center in New York City.
