The MercedesMaybach S600 is just the first of multiple models that will be coming from the German automaker’s new sub-brand.

Recently debuting at the 2014 LA Auto Show, the Mercedes-Maybach S600 was the center of attention for the luxury automaker, which already has plans for additional models to join the lineup

The company is planning to reveal an even longer and more luxurious Mercedes-Maybach S600 Pullman model at next year’s Geneva Motor Show, but don’t expect it to come to the U.S. anytime soon. What is likely to head to the U.S. is an S550 4MATIC model as the automaker looks to capitalize on luxury shoppers that demand all-wheel drive.

According to a recent report, Mercedes will opt for the S550’s V8 to mate to its all-wheel drive system as the V12 is more troublesome to use as a powertrain.

As for other related Mercedes news, the S-Class coupe will get a convertible variant set to debut sometime next year while the G-Class will see its 5.5-liter V8 dropped from the lineup and getting replaced with a 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 from the GL-Class. Currently, the outdated V8 churns 382 hp and 391 lb-ft of torque while the V6 provides 329 hp and 354 lb-ft in the GL.
