I'll start of by stating that there are over 300 known haunted sites all over Detroit, Michigan. Fort Wayne which is about 20 mins south west of the plant (along the same river) is one of the most well known haunted sites that attracts a steady stream of tourists and ghost hunters each year. In fact, it's built directly on top of an old burial site and they've unearthed remains that date back 900 years which is evidence of people inhabiting that area for a long time. Historically the Detroit River has been and still is an important trade route, Native Americans used to trade furs and pelts with the Dutch. the area was later claimed by the French. The larger area surrounding the river was later taken from the French by the British during the French Indian war and then was later taken by the then newly formed United States. On the other side of the river was a British colony in Canada and there was fears of invasion from the British while it still owned that side of the river -lots of tension and so forth. In essence, there was lots of history of war and bloodshed and violence in that area which is known to linger ... So you have an industrial plant that is built on an area that is full of bad juju to begin with and people have been inhabiting it for at least 900 years with a lot of history of violence and bloodshed, and to make things worse, it seems working there is a bit of a nightmare because Chrysler exploits a loophole that doesn't require them to pay their workers overtime or weekend pay, and they work 10 hour shifts. Which equals more bad juju imo. Frankly, I'm surprised more bad stuff doesn't happen in that area more often. I hope this explains my theory ...
