Jaguar’s first entry in the SUV segment has earned it AutoGuide.com’s 2017 Reader’s Choice Luxury Utility Vehicle of the Year Award.

Available with a variety of powertrain options, the Jaguar F-Pace offers up to 380 horsepower and 332 pound-feet of torque, although the British automaker is working on a high-performance SVR version. The five-seater luxury SUV features a cargo volume of 33.5 cubic feet, but once the rear seats fold down it’s expanded to 61.4 cubic feet. Like the Jaguar F-Type all-wheel drive, the F-Pace boasts a torque-on-demand all-wheel-drive system, while in-car technology is focused around a 10.2-inch infotainment screen and a virtual 12.3-inch HD instrument cluster with full-navigation display.

“Leading the charge into newfound territory is the 2017 F-Pace, something the company is billing as an all-season sports car with family-friendly practicality,” said AutoGuide.com‘s Craig Cole in his review. “That may sound like something of an oxymoron, but against the odds, this Jaguar actually lives up to the hype.”

With eight different vehicle categories voted for in this year’s 2017 Reader’s Choice Awards, Acura took home the coveted title of Reader’s Choice Car of the Year. Chevrolet earned itself two Reader’s Choice wins for the Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport as the Reader’s Choice Sports Car of the Year, while the Chevrolet Bolt was named Reader’s Choice Green Car of the Year. The Reader’s Choice Luxury Car of the Year honors goes to the Lincoln Continental. In the Reader’s Choice Utility Vehicle of the Year, the Mazda CX-9 grabbed top honors, while the Reader’s Choice Luxury Utility Vehicle of the Year was the Jaguar F-Pace. The Ford F-150 Raptor took home Reader’s Choice Truck of the Year and the McLaren 570S earned Reader’s Choice Exotic Car of the Year.

AutoGuide.com’s annual Reader’s Choice awards are chosen by visitors to the over 600 automotive websites under the AutoGuide.com Group umbrella. With 242 million monthly pageviews the AutoGuide.com group is the largest auto audience online according to ComScore Media Metrix.
