Dodge continues its slow release of information on the upcoming Challenger Demon, revealing that car will shed pounds on its quest for crazy performance.

The Demon will be about 200 pounds lighter than the Hellcat, a car which tips the scales at around 4,500 pounds. The teaser video suggests that small changes have been made to many parts of the car, including the wheels, steering, suspension, brakes, interior and more to cut that weight.

No other details are out yet on the Demon, besides Dodge saying that it will outperform the Hellcat, which means we can expect even more that 707 horsepower from a big V8, likely the same 6.2-liter supercharged HEMI V8 found in the current car.

Dodge has confirmed that the Demon will be sold alongside the Challenger Hellcat and Charger Hellcat, though the brand won’t confirm if there will be a Charger Demon.
