Maserati is launching a new certified pre-owned (CPO) vehicle program that will come with a two-year, unlimited-mileage warranty.

Officine Maserati is the official name for the Italian automaker’s CPO program and in order for a GranTurismo, Ghibli, Levante or Quattroporte model to be approved, it has to undergo a 120-point inspection by Maserati factory-trained technicians. Vehicles are then conditioned to CPO standards and can offer up to six years with unlimited miles warranty, by including the original factory warranty. That means CPO vehicles come with coverage for up to two years beyond the new car warranty and the unlimited mileage applies to the engine, transmission, differential and driveshaft, suspension, steering, brake system, cooling system, fuel system, electrical components and climate control system.

Owners also receive 24/7 support, 365 days a year roadside assistance. The complimentary service covers major needs such as towing, battery jump-start, flat-tire change, fuel delivery up to two gallons, lock-out service and a generous rental car allowance.

The Italian automaker also says it only accepts Maserati models that are still covered under the New Vehicle Warranty period of four years/50,000 miles. Any vehicle that has been selected carries the assurance that Maserati has comprehensively checked, verified and approved its past service history.
