Renowned car collector Michael Fux added an 11th Rolls-Royce to his personal collection.

Last year while visiting Pebble Beach during Monterey Car Week, Fux took delivery of one of the first highly personalized Dawns in the world, finished in an exclusive shade called “Fux Blue.” It wasn’t the first time he’s commissioned a special color from the British automaker. In fact, Fux’s collection includes Rolls-Royce vehicles finished in Fux Intense Jade Pearl, Fux Aequus Green Jade Pearl, Fux Deep Purple, Fux Candy Red, and Fux Yellow. But after taking delivery of his Fux Blue Dawn, the collector presented fuschia petals from the Pebble Beach lawns to the Rolls-Royce Bespoke Design team, tasking them with creating a second bespoke Dawn based on those fuschia petals.

Now a year later, Fux is once again at Pebble Beach and taking delivery of a new Rolls-Royce Dawn, this time finished in Fuxia. The car was unveiled as part of Rolls-Royce’s activities at the 2017 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.

“When I commissioned my first Bespoke Rolls-Royce in 2005, I wanted something completely different than any of the other cars commissioned at the time. I knew the designers had a lot of creativity that I wanted to explore,” said Mr. Fux. “I love the heritage of the Rolls-Royce brand and I love these cars. I always challenge my fellow owners to push the Bespoke envelope.”
