The eighth-generation Volkswagen Jetta will make its world premiere at the 2018 Detroit Auto Show.
The German automaker will be hosting two events for this year’s Detroit Auto Show, with the Volkswagen Brand Night kicking off on January 14th at 5:00 PM Pacific / 8:00 PM Eastern. The Volkswagen Brand Night will be the first time the new 2019 Volkswagen Jetta will be seen so you won’t want to miss its world premiere if you’re around.

The following day at 7:05 AM Pacific / 10:05 AM Eastern, Volkswagen will hold its standard press conference from show floor. Expect to hear more details on the new Jetta at the press conference, which you can watch below.
The 2019 Volkswagen Jetta rides on the company’s MQB chassis and Volkswagen promises it delivers a “new chiseled, yet classic, look” that is wrapped around a driver-centric interior, while powered by an efficient turbocharged engine.
