Infiniti has rolled out Limited versions of its 2019 QX60 and QX80 crossovers, offering well-to-do buyers an extra luxurious trim level with high-end interior and exterior appointments.

The QX60 Limited gets a dark chrome front grille, dark chrome trim, a Limited rear hatch emblem and 20-inch dark alloy wheels. Inside, the premium crossover is denoted by its contrasting stitching, leather-wrapped grab handles, silver wood accents, black headliner, semi-aniline leather seats with quilted stitching and contrasting piping, stone-colored console lid and armrests, quilted door panels and leather-wrapped steering wheel and airbag cover. It retains Infiniti’s 295 hp 3.5-liter V6 engine and is offered with a suite of active safety features.

As for the QX80 Limited, it gets machine-face 22-inch forged alloy wheels, stainless steel running boards, branded welcome lights, satin-chrome exterior trim and roof rails, a model exclusive front and rear bumper and Limited emblems. The interior is similarly equipped to the QX60 Limited with semi-aniline leather upholstery, quilted stitching, contrasting piping, a leather wrapped steering wheel and shifter, silver ash wood trim, a suede headliner, leather grab handles, satin chrome trim and premium floormats. There’s also ‘Limited’ branded kick plates and a ‘Limited’ badge on the center console. It will come with the QX80’s standard 400 hp 5.6-liter V8, which is paired with a seven-speed automatic and four-wheel drive. Like the QX60, the QX80 is also offered with a variety of active safety features.

The 2019 Infiniti QX60 Limited will go on sale this spring, while the 2019 QX80 Limited will arrive shortly after in the summer. Pricing has yet to be announced. Both are set to make a debut at the 2018 New York International Auto Show, which is open to the public from March 30th through to April 8th.

More silly high markup tacked on gegaws for the highly leveraged pretend "well to do" types. About that three year depreciation rate...how many pretenders will be upside down with their Limited plastic plaques and leather door pulls adoring their status "investments?" LOL Japan has learned well from Detroit that "Limited" package money making scheme...
