Volkswagen has announced the R-Line appearance package for the 2019 Arteon.

Set to be introduced at the 2018 New York Auto Show, the 2019 Volkswagen Arteon R-Line features performance-inspired design enhancements for the exterior and interior. On the outside, the Arteon receives R-Line badging, a unique front bumper that incorporates stylish air intakes in a gloss black finish, R-Line air inlets and cover panels, and a gloss black rear spoiler. Buyers have the option of choosing between unique 19- or 20-inch alloy wheels.

Inside the cabin, an R-Line logo appears on the start screen of the infotainment system, while contrast stitching can be found on the steering wheel and shift knob. Other features from the R-Line package include steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters, metallic decor pieces, black headliner, stainless steel sport pedal covers, and stainless steel door sills with the R-Line logo.
