Sorry, but This 6×6 Smart ForTwo is Actually Pretty Cool

This wild six-wheeled Smart ForTwo was found in a Subreddit dedicated to so-called ‘shitty car mods’, but we think it belongs in a place where the glorious craftsmanship on display here will get the praise it deserves.

We imagine this ambitious Smart ForTwo buyer was inspired by the Mercedes-AMG 6×6 or Hennessey Velociraptor 6×6, the latter of which has started a bit of a 6×6 craze. It’s a pretty bad idea, we admit. There’s not much gained really, apart from a small cargo space and lots of added complexity. But we don’t care. It looks hilarious, and we appreciate the originality and good craftsmanship.

If Mercedes can make money selling 6×6 G63s, and Hennessey has enough customers to develop a 6×6 F-150 Raptor, surely the genius responsible for this can make good money selling them.

Right?
