The one-off Ferrari SP38 was recently unveiled ahead of the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este 2018.

Based on the 488 GTB, the SP38 ‘Deborah’, as it’s been officially named, is a uniquely styled one-of-one Ferrari built for a loyal and particularly wealthy client.

The SP38 is much different than the 488, sporting a Lamborghini-like rear engine cover, an F40-inspired integrated rear wing and a rearward sloping roof with black-painted A-pillars. The roofline is similar to another one-off Ferrari built by the company’s Tailor Made division, the 458-based 458 MM Speciale. These two Tailor Made creations may preview the replacement for the 488 GTB, but we digress.

Car spotters were able to get up close and personal with the mad-looking SP38 at Ville d’Este, which is held on the beautiful Lake Como in Italy, and captured plenty of footage of the never-before-seen exotic. It’s unlikely that you’ll ever get to see the SP38 in person, so be sure to get familiar with it in the video embedded above.
