And just like that, we’re halfway through the year. It’s hard to believe, but June 2016 is now history. Fortunately, it was a decent month for the automotive business. Jaguar and Scion were off to the races, but the folks in Stuttgart, Germany probably aren’t as happy.

Another February is in the books and despite plenty of snow falling across the U.S., new-vehicle sales rose by an impressive amount. Scion and Maserati topped the charts but a couple surprising brands lost ground last month.

Chrysler sales surged in the month of May, but niche brands like Fiat and Scion weren’t so lucky.

The year’s spookiest month has finally passed. Gone with the calendar’s page-turn are bags of corn syrup-laden foodstuffs, poorly thought-out costumes and strangers ringing your doorbell at night demanding sweets in exchange for protection from vandalism.
