Acura dropped the turbo four cylinder engine in favor of a 3.5-liter naturally-aspirated V6. With that change, the AutoGuide editorial team found the car to be more refined and while less engaging, an overall improvement, writing “it’s lighter and more fuel-efficient. It’s also significantly more refined. There’s less of what people didn’t really use and more of what they want.”

Starting at $34,320 or $35,720 for the all-wheel drive version, the 2013 RDX runs up to $38,020 (FWD) and $39,420 (AWD) with the tech package equipped. That, combined with its practicality make the crossover an astute purchase within its segment.
