As expected, numerous Ferraris sold, eight of which landed in the top 10 grossing auctions from this past weekend.

Seen above is one of the Ferrari sports cars that were tied for 10th place, a 1984 288 GTO coupe that sold for $2,750,000 from RM Auctions.

The other car that received $2,750,000 was also from RM Auctions and was a 1966 Ferrari 275 GTB/2 Longnose coupe.

From Barrett-Jackson was the 1954 Pontiac Bonneville Special Motorama Concept Car, which went for $3,300,000.

Tied in eighth place with the 1954 Pontiac Bonneville Special Motorama Concept Car was a 1973 Ferrari 365 GTS/4 Daytona Spyder, which was offered by RM Auctions and also went for a cool $3.3 million.

This 1967 Ferrari 275 GTB/4 Coupe was also put up by RM Auctions and sold for $3,657,500.

Clearly a collectible, the 1950 General Motors Futurliner Parade of Progress Tour Bus net an even $4 million from Barrett-Jackson with its proceeds going to charity.

As we enter the top five grossing auctions from this past weekend, it’s little surprise that it’s dominated by classic Ferraris. This 1962 Ferrari 400 Superamerica Series I Aerodinamico Coupe sold for $4,070,000 and was offered by Gooding & Company.

Changing things up a bit, this beautiful 1966 Shelby Cobra 427 “Super Snake” was sold by Barrett-Jackson for $5,155,000.

Now this is when things get interesting, with a 1959 Ferrari 250 GT LWB California Spyder netting $7,700,000 for Gooding & Company.

Coming in second place was a 1966 Ferrari 275 GTB Competizione Coupe that was raced by Scuderia Filipinetti, earning $9,405,000 for Bonhams.

Last, but not least, is the highest-value lot from any year prior in Scottsdale, with a 1964 Ferrari 250 LM Coupe going for $9,625,000 from RM Auctions. Like the 1966 Ferrari 275 GTB Competizione Coupe, this 250 LM was also raced by Scuderia Filipinetti.
