The 2017 Lincoln MKC adds more standard features and technologies.

After selling approximately 25,000 units last year, the American automaker has updated its crossover with new standard features such as a power liftgate, which was previously available as an option. In addition, auto start-stop is now available on the 2.0-liter all-wheel-drive MKC and is standard on the front-wheel-drive model. The energy-conserving technology shuts off the engine when the vehicle is stopped and idling and automatically restarts it quietly and seamlessly when the brake is released.

Auto Hold is also now standard across the lineup, which relieves the driver from having to push the brake pedal continuously to keep the vehicle stationary, which is helpful in stop-and-go traffic. Lastly, SYNC 3 plus Apple CarPlay and Android Auto gives owners flexibility to integrate their favorite smart devices with their vehicle.
