BMW has teased “something big” on social media, with the unnamed vehicle’s debut date set for September 8.

With the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show around the corner, BMW is getting ready to debut something new ahead of the show. The German automaker released a teaser image with a birds-eye view of the new vehicle, promising it will redefine luxury with something big. While it’s difficult to make out what’s in the photo, it’s likely a concept for the upcoming X7 crossover, which would certainly fit the definition of the word big.

Spy photographers have caught the X7 testing numerous times over the last few months looking nearly production-ready, so the timing is right for BMW to debut a concept. The new crossover is expected to debut in production form sometime early next year before going on sale later in 2018.
