The production Jaguar F-PACE has been caught by AutoGuide.com‘s spy photographers.

Previously the British automaker has been using mules to test its upcoming crossover, but now we have our first look at the production bodywork while the F-PACE does some cold weather testing in Sweden. While it is heavily camouflaged, the F-PACE appears to carry over the design of the C-X17 concept that debuted over a year ago.

Built with an aluminum unibody, the F-PACE crossover will ride on a modular chassis that also underpins Jaguar’s XE entry-level sedan. Expect the F-PACE to be offered in rear- and all-wheel drive configurations. Engines will likely be the same four-cylinder turbo and six-cylinder supercharged mill from the XE. There’s also a possibility that diesel and hybrid variants will follow in the future.
