We get it: People like crossovers. They like funky-looking ones, reliable ones, fuel-efficient ones, high-tech ones, fun-to-drive-ones, and even spacious ones. It seems every week, we get word of another new crossover on the way, giving consumers more choice than ever.

We were shocked to find out the Volkswagen T-Roc isn’t destined for North America, but we now know why: the German brand has something different planned for the U.S. and Canada. 

Volkswagen has developed a more efficient version of its acclaimed AE888 engine, one with an advanced new combustion process.

Volkswagen has revealed that the brand new Tiguan is coming to the US fitted with the latest generation of its EA888 four-cylinder engine producing 184 hp and 221 lb-ft of torque.

The 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan gets a $1,400 price drop and an upgraded infotainment system.

Instead, the kids get to safely drive around town in her mom’s Tiguan, one of the nine Volkswagen IIHS Top Safety Picks.

The ad is worth a good laugh, especially since it reminds us of just how ridiculous Hondas were customized back in the mid to late 90s. This Del Sol simply screams out Fast and the Furious. We can’t believe that style of body kits and graphics were once the cool thing to do.
