The Fiat 500 Abarth facelift has been spied doing some last-minute testing.

The Abarth variant is getting similar changes as the rest of the Fiat 500 lineup that received their facelift last year. The prototype in question was spotted testing in Sweden with its front bumper showing a sportier design, which includes new air intakes and an overall more aggressive profile. The headlights and tail lights will be the same as the new Fiat 50, though you can expect the Abarth model to receive new wheels as part of the package as well.

Rumors suggest that the Fiat 500 Abarth will get a slight output bump to around 190 horsepower while its interior is expected to receive a new infotainment system and other minor upgrades.

Although it hasn’t been confirmed, the facelifted Fiat 500 Abarth could make its debut as early as tomorrow at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show. Check back with AutoGuide.com this week as we will be covering the event live from Switzerland.
