This BMW M760Li is inspired by Nautor’s Swan.

For over 50 years, Nautor’s Swan has spread beyond the world of sailing, and according to BMW, it’s understood to be synonymous with luxurious, high-performance yachts. So when it came time for BMW Individual to celebrate its 25th anniversary with a special M760Li, the team looked to Nautor’s Swan for inspiration. The German automaker and the Finnish yacht designer and manufacturer have shared a partnership for years, and the latest collaboration has resulted in this one-off sedan.

Nautor’s Swan contributed to the project by creating certain elements by hand at its workshop in western Finland, including teak panels with joints filled with a fine layer of rubber. The carbon-bonded wooden components graces the floor of the M760Li’s trunk, which is further accented by Alcantara Smoke White. Inside the cabin, the trim, entry sills, and floor mats are also made with teak produced by Nautor’s Swan. There’s also the company’s insignia stitched into the headrests and cushions, sun visors, and interior trims made of European oak.
