2019 Mercedes-Benz C-Class Has Semi-Autonomous Tech, Updated 2.0L
The 2019 Mercedes-Benz C-Class has made its debut, bringing with it updated looks, a revised 2.0-liter turbocharged engine and Mercedes’ Intelligent Drive semi-autonomous tech.
New on the C-Class for 2019 is an updated front fascia, a different rear bumper, and new standard LED headlights and taillights. A new optional LED Intelligent Light System with High-Performance headlamps and Ultra Wide high beams is available as well, along with new standard 17-inch twin 5-spoke wheels.The German automaker is also offering new exterior colors in the way of Mojave Silver Metallic and Emerald Green Metallic.
Entry-level C-Class models will now come with a 5.5-inch cluster display, but a fully digital instrument panel is available as well. The fully digital panel consists of 12.3-inch screen larger screen, which can switch between Classic, Sport and Progressive display modes. The center-mounted multimedia screen, meanwhile, is available in 7-inch and 10.25 inch sizes and can also switch between three display styles. The new screens are joined by a new multi-function leather steering wheel and center-console touchpad, which now features haptic feedback.

Driver assistance systems found in the new E-Class have found their way to the 2019 C-Class. Thanks to systems such as Active Lane Change Assist, Active Emergency Stop Assist and real-time map info, the new C-Class will be able to drive itself semi-autonomously, adjusting its speed for obstacles, bends and roundabouts.
The facelifted 2019 Mercedes-Benz C-Class Sedan will debut 2018 Geneva Motor Show next month before going on sale in the US in Q4 of this year.
