Looking for a four-figure horsepower car from your local Chevy dealer? Well you might just be in luck. It’s a 2019 Yenko/SC Stage II Camaro, and it will be available from select Chevrolet dealers.

Specialty Vehicle Engineering, formerly known as SLP, has been powering up GM vehicles for decades. This Yenko/SC is the most extreme offering from the company yet.

Under the hood of this monster is a 6.8L supercharged V8, based on the LT-1. It makes 1,000 hp with 875 lb-ft to go with it. And yes, you read that right. It’s based on the SS 1LE so it offers up that car’s features like magnetic ride, limited-slip diff, and a special suspension. It also offers up the 2019 SS’s nose, and we won’t pass judgement on that. The engine gets a forged crank and rods as well as aluminum pistons. Plus custom long-tube headers and an upgraded exhaust.

The Yenko/SC Stage II is loaded with Yenko badges too, including the floor mats, sills, and on the supercharger. The company is only making 25 of them, the same as last year. And you can order them from SVE certified GM dealers with an automatic or manual gearbox.
