Someone at Chevrolet has recently become a paddleboarding enthusiast.

The 2018 Chevrolet Traverse SUP concept is bringing a roof-mounted Chevrolet Accessories Stand Up Paddleboard Carrier by Thule, a Riviera Paddlesurf paddleboard, and two-tone graphics to SEMA next week.

The Blue Wave bodyside graphics feature a thin yellow stripe that contrasts well with the dark grey fascia and gloss black trim molding. The concept is also packed with Chevrolet Accessories like the black 20-inch aluminum wheels, black grille insert, black bowtie badges, assist steps, illuminated door sills, hitch kit, cargo liner, and Traverse-embroidered headrests.

For 2018 the Traverse got a new look and a new attitude, Chevrolet calls its proportions “purposeful” and its chrome accents “premium.” Shoppers also gain two new LED signature lighting choices, with optional D-Optic headlamps available.

Look for the Traverse SUP concept among 20 other mildly microwaved Chevrolet models during next week’s SEMA Show running from Oct. 31-Nov. 3.
